Qualification
Assistant Manager (Electrical):
Candidates must possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience is required in areas such as Electrical, Electrical Design, Quality Control, Outfitting, Utility and Maintenance in ship building, ship repair, marine-related, port, engineering, government or semi-government organizations.
Assistant Manager (Mechanical):
Candidates must possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience is required in areas such as Quality Control, Machinery, Hull Fabrication, Hull Erection, Piping, Installation & Commissioning, Outfitting or Accommodation Outfitting in ship building, ship repair, marine-related, port, engineering, government or semi-government organizations.
Experience in ERP/SAP/computerized environments and QMS/ISO/IMS documentation is desirable.
Salary Details
The consolidated monthly remuneration will be:
- 1st Year: ₹49,500/-
- 2nd Year: ₹50,700/-
- 3rd Year: ₹51,940/-
- 4th Year: ₹53,220/-
- 5th Year: ₹54,540/-
The posts are temporary in nature and the contract may continue for a maximum period of 5 years, subject to project requirements and individual performance.
Age Limit
Maximum Age: 30 Years as on 1st September 2026.
Candidates should have been born on or after 2nd September 1996.
SC/ST candidates are eligible for 5 years age relaxation for posts reserved for them. Age relaxation for Ex-servicemen will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines, subject to the maximum age limit specified in the notification.

Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through the following stages:
- Objective Type Test – 50 Marks
- PowerPoint Presentation – 30 Marks
- Personal Interview – 20 Marks
Total: 100 Marks
The Objective Type Test will be of 60 minutes duration and will contain 50 Multiple Choice Questions. General Knowledge will carry 10 marks and subject-based questions will carry 40 marks. There will be no negative marking.
Candidates securing the required minimum marks in the Objective Type Test will be shortlisted for certificate verification, PowerPoint Presentation and Personal Interview.
