- KEA Recruitment 2026 has announced a total of 188 vacancies for Pharmacy Officer and Nursing Officer posts. There are 98 vacancies for Pharmacy Officer and 90 vacancies for Nursing Officer.

Qualification

Salary Details
- The Pharmacy Officer post carries a pay scale of Rs. 44,425 to Rs. 83,700 per month.
- The Nursing Officer post carries a pay scale of Rs. 54,175 to Rs. 99,400 per month.
Age Limit
The age limit for the posts will be as prescribed under the Karnataka Civil Services (General Recruitment) Rules, 1977 and the conditions mentioned in the recruitment notification. Candidates should check the applicable age requirement and relaxation rules before applying.
Application Fee
- Candidates belonging to the general category and the other categories mentioned in the notification have to pay Rs. 750, which includes the examination fee and processing fee.
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Category-1, Ex-Servicemen and Third Gender categories have to pay Rs. 500. Specially abled candidates have to pay Rs. 250 as the processing fee.

Selection Process
- The selection process will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT). The examination will include Paper-1 and Paper-2. Paper-1 will carry 100 marks and Paper-2 will also carry 100 marks, with a duration of two hours for each paper.
- The notification also specifies negative marking for incorrect answers. Candidates should carefully read the examination instructions given by KEA before appearing for the test.
