The posts will be filled on a contract basis for a period of one year, with provision for yearly extension based on satisfactory performance.
Qualification
1. Office Assistant/Clerk – 01 Post
- Must be a Graduate from any recognized University.
- Must possess basic word processing skills and the ability to operate a computer.
- Typing speed of 40 WPM is required.
- Ability to take dictation and enter data.
- Knowledge of file maintenance and processing.
2. Office Peon (Munshi/Attendant) – 01 Post
- Must have passed 7th Class.
Salary Details
- Office Assistant/Clerk: ₹20,000/- per month
- Office Peon (Munshi/Attendant): ₹14,000/- per month
Age Limit
As on 1st September 2026:
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 34 Years
- SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates are eligible for 5 years relaxation in the maximum age limit.
- Persons with physical disabilities are eligible for 10 years age relaxation.
Selection Process
After receiving the applications, the District Legal Services Authority will adopt a fair and transparent selection process.
- The selection process will be decided by the District Legal Services Authority depending upon the number of applications received.
- The selection process will be conducted under the Chairmanship of the Hon’ble Chairperson, DLSA (Principal District and Sessions Judge).
- The decision of the Hon’ble Chairperson, District Legal Services Authority shall be final.
- No individual information will be provided regarding any stage of the selection process.
