Qualification
Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer:
- Degree in Law with legal training or knowledge of laws.
- At least 3 years of experience working with a government or non-government women-related project/programme at the district level, or
- At least 2 years of experience as a lawyer with litigation experience in any court of law.
Psycho-Social Counsellor:
- Women candidates only.
- Professional Degree / Diploma in Psychology / Psychiatry / Neurosciences.
- Background in the health sector is preferred.
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience working in a government or non-government health project/programme at the district level.
Case Worker:
- Women candidates only.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Social Work / Social Sciences / Psychology.
- At least 3 years of experience working on women-related relevant domains in a government or non-government project/programme.
Multi-Purpose Staff:
- Women candidates only.
- Must be literate with knowledge / experience of working in the relevant domain.
- High School pass or equivalent will be preferred.
Security Guard / Night Guard:
- Women candidates only.
- At least 2 years of experience working as security personnel in a government organization or reputed organization at district/state level.
- Retired para-military personnel will be preferred.
Salary Details
- Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer: Rs. 20,000/- per month
- Psycho-Social Counsellor: Rs. 20,000/- per month
- Case Worker: Rs. 19,500/- per month
- Multi-Purpose Staff: Rs. 13,000/- per month
- Security Guard / Night Guard: Rs. 15,000/- per month
Age Limit
Age Limit: 25 to 42 years as on 01st January 2026.
Age relaxation is provided as per the Government of Andhra Pradesh rules in force.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on an oral interview.
- Only qualified candidates will be called for the oral interview.
- The interview will be conducted by the District Selection Committee headed by the District Collector.
- Only meritorious candidates will be considered for selection.
