The recruitment is for the 8th (IR) Battalion, APSP, Chittoor. Cooks and Barbers may be required to move to different areas across the State in accordance with the movement of Battalion companies.
Local Candidate Eligibility
- The district jurisdiction for this recruitment is the erstwhile Chittoor District only.
- Candidates who studied from the erstwhile Chittoor District will be considered as Local Candidates based on their 4th to 10th Class study certificates, as per the Presidential Order.
- Remaining candidates will be considered as Non-Local Candidates.
