DSSSB Delhi District Courts Recruitment 2026: The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has announced a recruitment for 641 vacancies in Senior Personal Assistant, Personal Assistant, Junior Judicial Assistant, Process Server and Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon posts in Delhi District Courts and Family Courts. Qualification

Senior Personal Assistant:

  • Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Shorthand speed of not less than 110 words per minute.
  • Typewriting speed of 40 words per minute.

Personal Assistant:

  • Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute.
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of computer is required.

Junior Judicial Assistant:

  • Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Typing speed of not less than 40 words per minute on computer.

Process Server:

  • Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • OR Higher Secondary with LMV driving licence and 2 years of unblemished driving experience.

Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon:

  • Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board.

Salary Details

  • Senior Personal Assistant: ₹9,300 – ₹34,800 + Grade Pay ₹4,800
  • Personal Assistant: ₹9,300 – ₹34,800 + Grade Pay ₹4,600
  • Junior Judicial Assistant: ₹5,200 – ₹20,200 + Grade Pay ₹2,800
  • Process Server: ₹5,200 – ₹20,200 + Grade Pay ₹2,400
  • Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon: ₹5,200 – ₹20,200 + Grade Pay ₹2,000

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 27 Years
  • Age will be reckoned as on 01 June 2026.
  • Age relaxation will be applicable as per the category-wise provisions mentioned in the official advertisement.

Application Fee

  • Application Fee: ₹100/-
  • Women candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
  • SC, ST, PwBD and eligible Ex-Servicemen candidates are also exempted.

  • Examination language for the MCQ test: English

Tier-II Descriptive Test:

  • Total Marks: 75

  • Essay – 30 Marks
  • Grammar – 25 Marks
  • Translation – 20 Marks

Skill Test:

  • Senior Personal Assistant: Shorthand 110 WPM and Typing 40 WPM.
  • Personal Assistant: Shorthand 100 WPM and Typing 40 WPM.
  • The skill test is qualifying in nature.

Junior Judicial Assistant:

  • Tier-I: 120 MCQs, 120 Marks, 120 Minutes.
  • General English & Comprehension – 60 Marks.
  • General Knowledge including Current Affairs – 30 Marks.
  • General Intelligence – 30 Marks.
  • Tier-II Descriptive Test – 100 Marks.
  • Tier-III Typing Test – 40 WPM.
  • Tier-IV Interview – 15 Marks.

Process Server:

  • Tier-I: 100 MCQs, 100 Marks, 120 Minutes.
  • English – 25 Marks.
  • Hindi – 25 Marks.
  • General Knowledge including Current Affairs – 25 Marks.
  • Arithmetic – 25 Marks.
  • Driving Test will be qualifying in nature and conducted in real traffic conditions.
  • Interview – 15 Marks.

Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon:

  • Tier-I: 100 MCQs, 100 Marks, 120 Minutes.
  • English – 25 Marks.
  • Hindi – 25 Marks.
  • General Knowledge including Current Affairs – 25 Marks.
  • Arithmetic – 25 Marks.
  • Interview – 15 Marks.

Each MCQ carries 1 mark and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. The minimum qualifying marks are 50% for UR/EWS candidates and 45% for OBC (Delhi)/SC/ST/PwBD/ESM categories, as specified in the advertisement.
