HLL Lifecare Limited Recruitment 2026: HLL Lifecare Limited, a Mini Ratna Company of Government of India under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, has announced a Walk-in Interview for engagement of trainees under the Training & Development Scheme (TDS) at its Kanagala Factory, Belagavi, Karnataka. Eligible candidates with ITI or SSLC qualifications can attend the walk-in interview on 05 October 2026.

Qualification

1. ITI Trainee:

• ITI Pass with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Eligible trades mentioned in the notification include:
  • Fitter
  • Electrician
  • Welder
  • Turner
  • AC Mechanic
  • Machinist

2. SSLC Trainee:

• SSLC Pass.

The required age and qualification should be possessed as on 01 October 2026.

Salary / Stipend Details

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during the three-year Training & Development Scheme.

ITI Trainee:

• First Year: ₹9,500 per month
• Second Year: ₹10,500 per month
• Third Year: ₹12,000 per month

SSLC Trainee:

• First Year: ₹9,000 per month
• Second Year: ₹10,000 per month
• Third Year: ₹11,500 per month

Maximum Stipend: ₹12,000 per month for ITI Trainees in the third year.

Age Limit

The age limit will be calculated as on 01 October 2026.

• ITI Trainee: Maximum 35 years
• SSLC Trainee: Maximum 30 years
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be provided as per Government of India rules.

Selection Process

Eligible candidates will be considered through the selection process conducted by HLL Lifecare Limited.

Mere fulfillment of the eligibility conditions does not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for Test / Selection / Appointment. The management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates called for selection.

Training Period

• Training Scheme: Training & Development Scheme (TDS)

• Initial Training Location: HLL Lifecare Limited, Kanagala Factory, Belagavi, Karnataka
• The company may transfer trainees from one location to another, including locations that may come into existence.
• The training period may be reduced at the discretion of the company.
