Qualification
Applicants must have passed SSC / 10th Standard from a recognized Board/Institution.
Salary Details
Pay Level: Level-01 as per 7th CPC
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹56,900
Selected candidates will also be eligible for applicable allowances and benefits as per CSIR/Central Government rules.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 25 Years for UR candidates
Age relaxation will be applicable as per CSIR/Government of India rules. ST candidates are eligible for 5 years relaxation and OBC (NCL) candidates for 3 years relaxation, subject to the conditions mentioned in the notification.
Application Fee
For SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / PwBD / Women Candidates: No Fee
For Other Candidates: Rs. 500/-
The application fee must be paid through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Director, CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories, payable at Bengaluru.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on:
- Screening of Applications
- OMR Based Objective Type Multiple Choice Competitive Written Examination
- Document Verification
The written examination will be conducted in Bengaluru. The examination will consist of 150 questions for a total duration of 2 hours.
The examination will cover General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness and English Language. There will be one negative mark for every wrong answer.
Job Requirement
The selected MTS candidates may be required to perform routine office support duties such as:
- Maintenance of records and files
- General cleanliness and upkeep of sections/units
- Carrying files and other papers within the office
- Photocopying and scanning
- Delivery and collection of dak
- Diary, dispatch, filing and record management
- Assisting in meetings, conferences and official functions
- Other duties assigned by the concerned officer
