Qualification
Applicants must possess the required educational qualification for the respective post.
Manager posts include qualifications such as Engineering/Technology degree, MBA, MCA, Architecture, Law, Finance-related professional qualifications and relevant Post Graduate qualifications, depending on the post.
Most Manager posts require 3 years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field.
Junior Executive posts include qualifications such as MBA/PG Diploma in Finance, CA, CMA, CFA, Law degree, Science degree with MBA, Engineering degree, Civil Engineering, Geography, Remote Sensing, Geo-informatics or Geomatics, depending on the post.
Salary Details
Manager: Rs.60,000 – 3% – Rs.1,80,000
Junior Executive: Rs.40,000 – 3% – Rs.1,40,000
Additional benefits including Dearness Allowance, Perks, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes and Medical Benefits will be provided as per AAI rules.
Approximate CTC: Rs.21 lakh per annum for Manager and Rs.14 lakh per annum for Junior Executive.
Age Limit
Manager: Maximum 32 years as on 7th September 2026
Junior Executive: Maximum 27 years as on 7th September 2026
Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules mentioned in the official notification.
Application Fee
For General / Other Candidates: Rs.1,000/-
For SC / ST / PwBD / Women Candidates: No Fee
For AAI Apprentices: Apprentices who have successfully completed one year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI are exempted from payment of the application fee.
The application fee must be paid through online mode only.
Selection Process
The selection will happen through the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Application Verification / Subsequent Tests, as applicable
- Interview for Manager posts
There will be no negative marking for wrong answers in the Computer Based Test.
For the Manager (Fire Services) post, candidates will also have to qualify in Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test and Physical Endurance Test before appearing for the interview.
